Prohibited and Restricted Items

Do not request transport of illegal goods, weapons, ammunition, explosives, fireworks, stolen goods, cash, controlled drugs, live animals, clinical waste, human remains, or hazardous or dangerous goods requiring specialist ADR compliance.

Alcohol, tobacco, medicines, age-restricted goods, high-value items, fragile items, chilled or frozen goods and other regulated items require advance written disclosure and may be refused unless the job is lawful, properly packaged and appropriately insured.

Food

Only sealed food from a registered food business may be accepted. Packages must be intact, labelled where required, suitable for transport and separated from non-food items. Allergen information remains the food business's responsibility and must accompany the order.

ITA Courier may inspect external packaging, request further information or refuse any item that appears unsafe, unlawful, damaged, leaking or inaccurately described.
