Information collected

Business and contact names, email, phone, addresses, service details, requested dates and hours, consent records, booking and payment status, account details and messages relating to the job.

Why it is used

To respond to requests, take steps before entering a contract, provide courier services, invoice and receive payment, keep tax and business records, prevent abuse, resolve complaints and comply with legal obligations. Where appropriate, processing is based on contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests or consent.

Who receives it

Information may be processed by Supabase (database and account authentication), Vercel (website hosting), Google Maps Platform (route calculation), payment providers such as Stripe if enabled, email or communications providers, professional advisers, insurers and public authorities where required. Only necessary information should be shared.

Retention

Booking, invoice and payment records will normally be retained for at least the period required for UK tax and legal records. Unsuccessful enquiries should be deleted when no longer needed. The owner must document exact retention periods before launch.

Your rights

You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection where applicable. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Security and transfers

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used. Some providers may process data outside the UK using legally recognised safeguards.
